Coreboard
I printed "coreboard" about 3 month ago.
Printer: Replicator2 Print options: Raft:Yes Supports:yes I used default Profile "LOW". But, I changed speed faster. Speed while Extruding: 150mm/s Speed while Traveling: 200mm/s Quality is same. Infill: 10% Shells: 2 Layer Hight 0.3 mm Temperature: 230℃ Printed time:about 2hours Result: Printed:yes use:difficult. Because of the shape of pin and hole. Hole is small, and pin is fragile. I wrote about this at here. ![]() |

RE: Replicator 1,2,2x
I took out Replicator2 from my home. So, I could start making Micropede by Replicator2 at here(My apartment in Tsukuba).
At first, I tryed to make "small version" of Micropede. Please see Micropede131225a.skp or Micropede131225a.png I'm trying to make this. At first, I printed Micropede131225Chassis3.obj at "Low resolution". But, It was very fragile (IMGP9149cs.jpg ). So, I will try to redesign chasis. |

MP_MOTORCOVER
I printed MP_MOTORCOVER
Print profile Data:MP_MOTORCOVER_v002r2.obj Printer:Replicator2 Resolution:Standard LayerHeight:0.2mm Raft:yes Support:yes Print time:12m Result: worked. But, I have to change the front and back of gearmotor. Please see the 2nd picture. The left motorcover is I printed. This is no problem to use, but, I will repair. |
